Don't quite understand the problem about pr's. As stated in one of your past posts, "webcasts and teleconferences" now satisfy the requirements for full disclosure.
Reg FD was created to eliminate information being given out to analysts in private meetings with companies. As long as news is dispersed in a public way that anyone can access, there is no problem. Just as the public can search for and read pr's, they can also dial in or use the internet to access conference calls and webcasts. I hope we can let this one rest.
