#124 RE: Tex #123

As far as I know, they have three recently entered ventures, or are working on them: manufacturing thermal imaging diagnostic equipment, mango farming, and turtle ranching, any one of which, in my estimation, could make back more money than they risked in all three. (The mangoes and turtles, based on what I can find to read, are practically slam-dunks--the other one is a little dicier.) I like their opportunistic entreprenurial spirit, their proven ability to stick with a complicated and challenging--even ground-breaking--project to success, and low-key but adequate investor relations style.

I'm pretty comfortable here, and willing to wait while things continue to develop. I'm not working with hurry-up money, but will increase and decrease the size of my position as opportunities arise. Unless something changes unexpectedly, I expect to be in this stock to one extent or another for some years to come, and my family may end up with some after I'm gone. So far, so good. The chart looks good to me, and I see no red flags. Their performance seems more reliable than the boom and bust nature of most Chinese equities. That's good enough for me, and I have more than a mouthful.
