It facilitate the "real time" reporting, if each trade needed to be reported separately, it would simply be too many posts, this way you have the last 15 minutes activity, as "real time" as I can do. Often I have delays of more than 2 minutes on confirm, most of the time the confirmation is in within two minutes.
