these stocks tend to drift down until that pop comes. i haven't been able to figure out when it's gonna come. i tend to look at the DMI's to see how positive they are. If strongly positive, i think the pop is near and vice versa.
Venture, you watching the L2 for CBRE? gets a few buys here and there at ASK. maybe a sell or two to the bid. but i'm learning that's how these accum/pps divergences work especially when the volume/interest level is low. but i have a sneaking suspicion that MM's will just run anythign when they decide to. so i'm watching this one and as volume increases, hopefully i'll have some powder to jump into it.
