I agree that each candidate has to be evaluated on its own merits.

However, each candidate does share something in common: presumably they are each being produced/expressed in the mammary glands of transgenic animals.

Like I mentioned in a previous post, I'm trying to determine the overall utility of this technology platform for the production of recombinant proteins.

If this technology is going to be limited to acute indications because the expressed proteins are underglycosylated, and hence more rapidly cleared, then that is something I would like to know about.

I would love to a see a data slide showing a few different proteins (Abs in particular) produced from transgenic milk that show comparable PK/PD data to CHO derived material. Do you know if such data exists?
