poster, as I indicated to Jimmneknee, I saw a correcting 8K several weeks ago signed by James Smith advising the name on that original 8K showing American Energy Corp was incorrect and it was changed to American Asia Corp. Of course since I can't find the correcting 8K to post as proof, then my knowledge of this can certainly be questionned. lol.
However, does any of this really matter in what is happening in the present tense with AAPU, Accel Energy, or The Chirico Group? No IMO. So why are we even discussing this old several year old stuff that we can't seem to get a definitive answer to due to a lack of information available through non company sources.
