Fly did you skip over this part of my post??

So in reality we are not that far apart it depends now on % of blame assesed. I will be generous with 50% blame.

However even assesing blame does not bring us one step closer to a resolution.
Unfortunately there is currently very little to go on, but by no means is this the end in my view.
