of May 1, 2003 -- http://tinyurl.com/37u4s -- thoroughly protects the company's proprietary plasmid expression vector, but your question can really only be answered by the company. Malcolm Skolnick would be the best person to ask, but you could also try the company's IR guy, Juan Ferreira.

It'd be a great question to be raised at the SHM (that's a hint for anyone going to the meeting!).

HAN - DNA constructs have been around longer than CYGX. What CYGX has is a patented construct that can make double stranded DNA molecules--oligos.

No one else can do that.
