Rhodes, this didn't just "happen to" Turner Stone. They did something wrong which resulted in the suspension of Mr. Turner's privileges. You really should read the PCAOB complaint and findings.

If you go to the PCAOB site there are only about 10 firms that have been sanctioned/censured like Turner Stone. Feel free to check it out yourself.
