Many many and again Many....companies place deadlines on when specific deals or major milestones are to be completed by....and they even announce these completion dates to the investing community......

Pumpity Pumpity Dumpity.....as to the costs of consultants/consultation.....many may not disclose this in an itemized list, but when they hire a legitimate consultant firm that is supposed to be providing specific guidance etc....(much like Moroch) then the terms of the deal (including price) are often disclosed (not always, but often)....but then again, the key word/s is legitimate consult!
