Thank you for that Post I wish people would wake up and see you can have a good company donot mean NSS will not happen. If this was based off of how good a company can be. THEN YOU MUST THINK OVERSTOCK.COM is not a good company hahahahaha. THEY NSS THAT TO DEATH THE CEO HAD TO GO TO COURT JUST TO FIX IT. Once people realize that MMS can do what they want and until the SEC step in not too much we can do about it they will continue having a hard time.. IMO

I agree with that but, why when a penny stock falls and no one wants to admit that the company MIGHT be doing them in..they scream NSS? But then again what do I know? I guess its called the truth hurts... not sure what to think in this case yet..so I Guess NSS might be an option..

I agree with you 100% and also believe that the fines and jail terms are not high enough to cause the brokerage hoses enough pain in their wallets. Mandatory no parole 20 year sentences for the culprits and fines of say 25 % of a companies gross income. wasn't it goldman that recently paid a large fine but didn't care since they made 100 times the fine?

agree and all we can do is flood them with phone calls each day and some day get them all fired.
