Yes, I think it will test the 200 day MA...eventually. Others are getting into the game so this will give FRPT a run for their money. That doesn't mean it will happen right away, though. I will stay on the sidelines until that happens (or I'm proven wrong).

I don't know about FRPT right now.

I won't buy till it goes below $20 or has a breakout with good news.
