i was thinking that
may have been a recent, potential consideration.

but again, issues on a people's homelands, must be respected

there is no value to be gained from causing more problems, for any kind

of progress, "Issues old and new must be addressed on complicated issues"

it may come to be that more tangeable developments may be withheld, untel it is well

Demonstrated that any projects that may be udertaken are in
the best interests of the people

and that they will bring the turnaround in economic development to bring the new hospitals and jobs and eviromental work to pothe protect for the future
as well as repair damages from the Past,

I think thats when things will come around....
but i tire of trying to beat it into people's heads,
that we are on the timelime, the company deams fit at this time.
