I just don't understand how weather would cause a delay if it were actually in Texas because they should be able to simply fire it up and drive to Montana as far as I know. I only see weather being a factor if it were coming by sea. Also why would NVMG travel to China to check out GTS's Chinese manufacturing facility if it wasn't coming from there? I guess we will have to wait for IR to help us out here.
