So Frenchy, do you believe there are cement deals which have been negotiated and signed, and are completed except for the actual provision of cement to the ultimate consumer(s)? Would this be referring to the deal reportedly finalized in Lebanon? I've never heard any more about that since the initial PR and I'm just curious.
