The agreement is for 90% of the company...

whether that be 1m share or 10b shares...

90% is 90% no matter how you slice it...

Their agreement stated the OS was 4B shares, not 1B as in your theory. Appletree was owed 3.6B shares. Ellis had an outstanding Bill with the TA, and appletree cleared that up last week, and found the OS was only 3.62B

Rainmaker no way-that would mean Appletree would own/control approx. 25% of the company and that would be breach of contract-fruad etc. The deal was for 90% not 900mil shrs. New CEO not that stupid to not know this prior to inking transfer deal. Its something different that he misrepresented and I wish we could find out!
