The pr does not say that.
The pr says that appletree getting 90% WAS the plan.
Look at the word WAS.
Then it says, no dice cuz Ellis misrepresented the transfer and the CONTROL AGREEMENT.
So that leaves open whether the 90% number is still in play.
Then he goes on with fluff about innovative stratigies to turn the situation around....
