official float would be the 10% of 3.62B that appletree didn't buy, or 360MM shares.. of course there are more shares than that sold into the market, read - short, FTD's, whatever you want to call them
according to Clarity's calculations there was I think 2.6B or so "Effective float" meaning that many sold into the market.. so subrtact that 360MM and you have 2.2some B shares short..
