Still looks like asset shift to RML, specific merger details not really released, nor why the merger is to TSXT's benefit at all. RML not publicly traded, private corporation, NOT transparent ...
Investors should ask themselves if they want their money going into RML ... oh well ... maybe RML will have the money to settle its lawsuits soon ...
