Okay, so you were being satirical -- I've been known to do that once or twice myself.

What I don't understand is why you and quantumdot are outraged by my adding to the discussion of Bexxar's poor uptake. Radioactivity and chemotherapy are cytotoxic; antibodies are not. Maybe you don't agree, but most people given the choice would rather not have radioactivity shot into their body. It's that simple. And the precautions required for delivering Bexxar only add to the fear.

Personally, I have a healthy respect for radioactivity and think that it's use as a medical treatment is questionable. Bleeding people used to be state of the art medical care -- in retrospect that wasn't such a great practice.

Regarding I-131, the argument is a waste of time. We are saying the same thing. And I am hoping that you meant 200 microCi of iodine, not mCi.
