Yes I am and was talking about certs thats how some MM's do it. 1 real cert number entered and verified to say it'll be delivered on such and such date and then never is. That same cert number is generated again by a different market maker and entered into the system therefore saying he'll deliver the same cert on such and such date.
I would rather not go into the short theory in this arena with you as you have your opinion and I have mine. I'm sure you know people that do things as I know people that things their way. Not everyone plays by your rules or mine but they definitely play down here and they do it Broker to Broker, ex-clearing, NSS. FTD's,etc...... It's done period the end here or offshore and I can go into names probably locations too but would rather stick to the subject of Frank/Appletree and them cleaning up the mess Mr A-Hole left and the way he burned his shr hldr base. Looking for Winsted to have new and happier shr hldrs which has already been done in a short period of time.
