I do not know Rick personally. Very up front as far as one can be. Talked to Rick once or twice, said to call him any time, he will be there. One of the VERY few people, that let's the "whole world" know his name. One of the BRAVEST SOUL'S to take on a QWEST to help his fellow member's. Something that he believed in..........

"SHOCKER" is to be put mildly.....
