9:35AM SNDK and LEXR fall on Morgan Stanley comments : Hearing that Morgan Stanley reports on the "DRAMification" of NAND flash, noting that two new suppliers are coming on line, Renesas could become a threat in H2 2004, and Samsung will ramp production; also notes that lower cost alternatives will become available. Firm believes that best profitability for the sector is behind and profitability will likely decline in H2. Morgan Stanley notes that Sandisk (-1.29) and Lexar (-0.01) are two names leveraged to NAND pricing issues.
