#4150 RE: croumagnon #4149

the problem is that people dont want to hear things that they dont like ..

there are a couple of things that make this low valuation possible

* first.. THEY are real.. they are a few people that make a hobby out of controlling stocks. You dont believe me , but I know its true. They are not in it for making money in the 1st place.. they just are in there..with one reason that YOU dont make money..and while doing so..they normally make money in the process.

* Furthermore THEY probably knew before many of you.. that GTCB's Atryn got approved by lawyer intervention. and not purely on DATA
This is something management of GTCB never told you and me as shareholders. I confronted Newberry with this and he didnt deny it..but also didnt confirm it.
He was seemingly surprised I knew..
It would be of the utmost importance if management would clarify this rumour that has been confirmed by some in EMEA, some around GTCB, some in the field , some of people working at Pharming.
So its more than a rumour.
If Atryn got approved on DATA solely..then please write this to your shareholders if they ask you in a mail
then we can verify this with the EMEA..and we know

* Atryn is never mentioned in revenues predictions by management. They conveniantly put it in the total amount of costs prediction. But why not give an explicit revenue prediction of Atryn for the next years?
Probably cause they know it wont be much.. otherwise you should and would inform this with everything you got ( if revs were interesting)

* its indeed low valued in marketcap.. but management has done this by continuingly malinforming and malpractise in my opinion. They should have made the right desisions and inform us.. they shouldnt be saying like Newberry does over and ver again that If he was investor he would BUY.
Never heared someone say this over and over again ..but not buy himself or practise shareholdervalue with his company

* Whats keeping the Dic phase 2 ..? nice that you have a plasma partner..but are they for real or just stalling technology and let GTCB bleed slowly..?

* many many things that at least clarify why people can easily manipulate this.
That some dont want to admit ths manipulation, is something they have to deal with.. Its as clear as it can be.. and denying it, makes it even more fun for THEM to do so..

or the ones denying are the ones involved..you never know

People believe all sorts of things, but if you accept Dew's assertion that this is all normal market activity, then I would suggest Rustyboy's post 4141. The future still looks reasonably bright depending on your glasses, but the market wants proof. Not proof of technology. Not proof of authorization hurdles. They want proof, not promise, of profit and margin. Once that happens, then promise will be sufficient for future products. My assumption is this will require something bigger than the HD market.

Conjectures.....

With some free time today (out of a deposition that only went one hour forty minutes,,,,expecting ar least 6-8 hours of mind numbing questions) feeling like Billy must have felt at the end of Midnight Express. Speaking of lawyers, those of you with a little time on your hands from the GTCB dog days, check out the Milburg-Weiss story on Google. I figured those arrogant crooks were sitting on a racket so sweet and so huge no one would ever pull them down,,they'd keep on holding their stategy meetings in Lutece and LeCirque with their all day limos parked outside with the drivers sleeping. All on money they should of been handing over to there poor clients. Well they got caught and it looks like they'll do more time than the Enron finance committee.

IMHO (always remember the truth does not need the defense of opinions) I still think the absolute price, ie yellow sheet territory, is enourmously important as an anchor. Price confers relavence to issues as location effects real estate. Right now it is as if the poor can't buy our way out of the neighborhood and the rich wont buy here. If the stock had started at three or four we would probably be above ten. Hell I remember when the PPS was at fifty (I know the float was smaller, but not fifty times smaller) the company was in no way in a tenth as good a shape as it is now.

As a medical guy I am very excited about the DIC story...this is begining to look like the real deal. The bucks are not chicken feed. DIC is a killer and if these studies indeed show AT3 saves lives there will be pressure to use Atryn (an improved drug) if plasma derived AT3 is not sufficient. Remember why Kessler took the boobs off the market,,,Risk/Reward.
