Changing the status does not give an automatic to R/S. This guy can do a lot with this without a R/S which the SEC will still give him a hard time about due to Ellis.....R/S not in the picture IMHO
NO NEED TO WORRY or think about a r/s here right now (Frank is well aware Mark killed shr hldrs from this in past). First off he wants to get the shr price higher in such a way that the shr hldrs will value and like him/company for doing so. Not saying that it'll never happen he may do it months, yrs down the rd when he decides to move to a higher exchange if the pps is required to do so but for now we are golden. Been upfront with me and have talked to him about this and if I think its his intention he'll give me the heads up therefore I will update the board. Coast is clear now. Buy make money and enjoy the ride.
