That is all true. But there are also problems associated with radioactivity in general -- especially the elimination. The half-life of many of these antibodies is ~20 days. So, essentially, the person is eliminating radioactivity from their body for a looonnngg time. What do you do with the waste? And, then, there is the delivery. The drugs have to be stored in special facilities. No one wants these in their neighborhood clinic.
