I am sure you meant 34.60, right and IMHO if it gets close might be prepared for a head fake and close above and then open next day below and off you go.
Even the MM's and all know where the resistance is and the way to suck in more longs is to drive price up and above where it will pull in as many buyers as possible before slowly letting the air out.
Would be better if closed above 34.60 for a day or 2, but hell as Zeev often says

I think that INTC can break $34.60 and stay above it, not sure if it will be here or not, but later in the spring I have INTC attempting a run to $40, as I mentioned in my discussions with langostino in early October.
