if the restricted legend was indeed lifted w/out hmit/darrah approval..i dont believe that scenario. i believe bootes cert was held as collateral to SHORT thru some brokerage like doms/vfin etc.the whores of the otcbb/pinks.....imo

usually its a attorney that gets the legends removed somehow. that would be an accomplish to the crime but it happens all the time!!!

These guys have a network and they all work together...

the actual brokerage house are usually off the hook but not always.
