1. Sulja claimed to have cement allocations.

2. With consolidation in the cement industry, existing cement allocations will be .... reallocated.

3. This could make the Supposed Sulja allocations ... non-existent.

So far so good? Isn't logic a marvel?

One more thing.
Since you seem to believe that Sulja has cement allocations and I obviously believe it to be one of Petar Painters ... "tall tales" ... can you provide any proof, ANY PROOF, that Sulja actually has cement allocations???
