May I suggest "Thunderbird" Doc. A., it is kind of universal wine that is usually drunk straight form the
bottle wrapped in a brown paper bag.
It can be used with any kind of food that happen to be around.
I don`t know who makes it, but I am sure it is not imported from France.

Dear George, Thanks very much for the recipe. Right now I'm having another (gallon) Familia Cristoboldi. I love it's wonderful aroma as you unscrew the aluminum cap (after having ripped off the paper protective cover). I recommend it highly because it (1) comes in the convenient gallon size,(2)fits easily into a shopping cart,(3)is an attractive maroon color and (4) is almost guaranteed to reverse good health (did I say that right?) if you have at least 2 bottles a day. Sounds like your recipe would make a great supplement to my evening meal. By the way, my wife's a great gal. She can still lift the bottle to pour it for me and she makes sure my insurance is paid up. Regards, Billy
