Go under Pinksheets.com under reports. The 9-30-06 quarterly financial is signed by company President John Bows.

A March AAPU PR indicated that the company did about $10 mil in first Q revenues. This information is under either Yahoo Search or Google.

Then the financial information stream stopped, however, Accel Energy our twin company under their site has a fully audited 2006 year end financial showing over $60 mil in revenues and almost $10 mil in net profits.

The "halt" or suspension was imposed for ten days by the SEC based on accusations of spamming.

The Pink Sheets (TPS} immediately ceased quoting all 35 companies included in the halt, which put all into grey market trading.

The 2006 revenues were posted in the financial statements uploaded to TPS.

Questions about "accuracy" in financial reports never stops TPS from quoting a security. They're just not that conscientious. They stopped quoting these 35 securities to keep up appearances in the light of the SEC headline.

Why AAPU remains where it is, why it remains silent, or what - if anything - is going on "behind the scenes", is all conjecture.
