My correspondence with PDGT is continuing....Here it is

I am a shareholder looking to further invest in your product. I cannot find
information on the share structure. I would like to know the outstanding
share count, authorized share count and the restricted share count. Also who
holds the restricted shares and when the restriction will be lifted. I have
contacted IR and the TA, 1st Global Stock Transfer LLC, with no response
from either. You have many investors supporting this company and are very
curious as to why there is no information available. I beleive, as do many
other investors in Paradigm Tacticals's product. Our investment is our proof
of faith in your comapny. It's time to reveal some info.

I have e-mailed Mr. Marr and Investor Relations on three occasions and have not had a response.
I feel the questions are being disregarded as unimportant or perhaps dilution has happened. It would be fair to receive the info requested or at least allow the T/A, 1st Global Transfer, to release info.
Perhaps having the company info and share structure updated on PinkSheets.com would help relieve some anxiety as to what is happening with Paradigm Tactical.

I am not understanding what is meant by "a response is unacceptable". Could you please explain? Also I would be interested in knowing what the hierarchy of Top Level management is i.e. CEO, CFO and who manufactures the Frisker Pro and where. Thank You.

Meaning he is in charge of responding with regard to Investor Relations
questions and therefore not responding is unacceptable.

Jimmy will respond back to you with regard to your questions at hand as he
is the head of PDGT at this time since he has not appointed a CEO yet.

And this where I stand and will keep you updated. Hopefully Mr. Marr will reply. Perhaps the next step would be a phone call. I dislike being bothersome to gentlemen who are obviously very busy.
