Grande-their report comes out on Friday, end of the day I think on their website. I'll be watching it all day if we don't hear something from Sulja- but, damn, we should!!

I suspect that the silence from the OSC is a very good thing. To me it suggests the possibility that a settlement has been agreed upon and final approval is pending.
An end to the OSC halt will be a great thing for SULJA!

Hello

What time EST does OSC put out the bulletin for the week.

I am trying to see what the findings are on a case that was heard yesterday.

Is it the bulletin or “Enforcement Proceedings S” page the best and soonest place to find out?

The OSC would not comment on my question. "no comment"

I asked why the public was being told that NO information on the hearing has been released, and yet Gary had been told something.
Not much of anything, however the public was being told ZERO and Gary was told, "The Ontario Securities Commission adjourned charges Thursday against a local building supplies company to a hearing date to be announced later. "

Why couldn't the OSC tell the public the same ? "no comment"
No further emails replied to, just silence.
