Not trying to beat a dead horse here, but the now you see it and then you don't (sneak peaks) at web pages predicting or announcing done deals such as the AAFES and the GZFX UK Coming Soon pages provide false and misleading information regarding the future deals and therefor value of GZFX stocks.....not to mention it tips off the flippers well in advance of any real announcement!
Yes, the AAFES deal came to fruition.....that wasn't my point...it wasn't like they leaked fraudulent information concerning a deal with AAFES (although as you may recall, many expected much more of the deal than a listing on the website)...GZFX leaked the information to prop up a failing shareprice and presumably sold shares into the news diluting shareholder interests further.
Now the GZFX UK coming soon web page has yet to come to fruition and given the time frame since those pages were mysteriously released it does not bode well for GZFX as far as integrity goes....
All in all, these points are the least of GZFX's problems IMO.....the billions more SB-2A shares to be sold directly into the float will negate any positive news that GZFX has to release including increased subs etc....as long as GGI continues to suck the well dry; nothing short of drastic sharecount measures will stop the bleeding!
