I don't have an answer. However, if there is news for a company and stock PPS moved upwards, would charting be a deciding factor in how far up it would go upwards?

For example, BIPH has been on a move these days. I have a difficult time seeing the closing cost. I used to have 100k shares at .17 and sold in high 30' s and low 40's. There has been alot of news lately. Is it moving up mostly on news or chart?

Curious but not touching BIPH again.

Another example is EXTI. It moved today. Is it based on charting alone or perhaps anticipation of news?

Thanks again and sorry for so many questions. I have alot to learn about charting etc.
