it's not a good deal if sljb owned the land and building in harrow.
why rent when you've(management) owned? heck, i've not been able to find out who owns the land&building in harrow.

The Harrow yard was supposedly doing about $14 million a year in revenue.
How much is Calgary doing? .... zero
That is an overall reduction in revenue of .... $14 million/yr.
Calgary is not guaranteed to be a success.
It is a start-up and most start-ups lose money in their first year or two.
That is why I do not see it as expansion.
