Rule #1. Technical Analysts don't predict the future. they only mark and respond to: key trendlines, support levels, resistance levels, continuation patterns, reversal patterns, and indicators. Anyone who predicts the future is full of sh*t or has insider knowledge. Personally I'll take an upside move above .01 as confirmation of higher prices.
