Exactly. Deals are being put together so who knows what they have been issued for. Email IR and ask what the Float is? I would but he and I aren't on friendly terms at this point, lol.

Certainly makes some sense since with at least three deals closing this year I am sure restrictive sales will come into play. Problem is until deal is closed they probably are not part of the OS yet.

Those could be restricted for all we know.<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<An excellent chance of that..Companies like Team and Centemeters are valuable in an explosive $72 peak oil type market.The companies that we are aquiring wouldnt sell their CASH GENERATING businesses if the didnt believe the restricted shares(most likely) they are taking for consideration werent going to be worth much more in value by the time they become non-restrictive.Team and Centemeters both have lawyers that have done the DD on WRNW..and..we have a few bashers starting to nibble again.I feeling good about this baby.
