Is there any reason that you cannot create such a model yourself??
That way you could test my suggested "rules" and then tweak as you see fit. That way you can see for yourself rather than relying on 2nd hand information.

All you need is MS Excel. You can easily download TRIN and NDX data from Yahoo, although you need to make sure that all the dates are accounted for.
