Tax break? I think most of it is farmland and zoned that way making taxes really quite cheap. In fact .. one of the things I heard was that they were going to have to get it rezoned. But these are just things I have heard second-hand.
ed if current and future acquisitions turn up to be in the Sulja or other names rather than in SLJB that could be consistent with what may have been their way of doing business since LOFT. we've never been sure what was in the shell so we won't know in the future either w/o audited financials.
