Closing down an operation in Harrow which is grossing supposedly $14 million a year is not expansion, it is RETRACTION.
Opening a start-up in Calgary is just that, a startup with no guarantee of success.

Why would Steve Sulja apologize to the shareholders for closing the Harrow location if the company were merely EXPANDING????????
