Things like this are not accomplished and the brain child of a lessor organization. The link between the hijackers and some sort of guidance and training is unquestionable by simple common sense. Maybe not specifically Bin Laden but maybe that lichenstien bank that was fronting alot of this stuff or Obar Hajib (local goat herder and "resistanece" supporter who helps with the obtainment of resources.
As the world knows the CIA, Secret Service, etc... while partially incompetent is not that dumb.... Often very good job applicants are available. Can not exactly advertise this sort of thing.
