I think the key is that they bought a supplier for Best Jets. Best Jets will get supplies at a lower cost than what they can find in the market while Superior Avionics gets the additional business. There is synergy between the lower cost for Best Jets and the added revenue for Superior Avionics.

dl, exactly. PBLS paid 5 years of current net (or assumed net without more clarification) which would be right in line with normal. But $2M in revs is a very small company, especially in such a high priced industry as avionics.
