I live in the US and base the following on my understanding of the courts here. I am not familiar with Canadian courts.

From a legal standpoint, mhart, you are right. PV has not been found guilty and must be afforded due process and presumption of innocence.

From an investment standpoint, however, there is ample evidence that SLJB is a scam and should be avoided.
