Jannie-since I don't see there is any way that the company generated much if any capital from a failing operation, who is financing the Quixotic Alberta move? My guess is Sam personally, which means there will be no connection with SLJB Nevada.
Not that a small lumberyard is the basis for a public company. It's the same as a dry cleaner trying to go public.
It is very easy to find staff in Ontario compared to Alberta. Many companies here are having to hire out of the Philippines, Mexico, etc... Just not enough locals here to fill all vacant positions
