Gerard - who cares what their intentions are for the future - that is NOT the issue here! Anybody can be a criminal, then later rehabilitate himself to become an honest person, but he still must pay the price for his criminal acts, regardless of the fact that he may have good intentions after the fact.
All I care about here is that we learn the truth about the misdeeds of SLJB and its principals in the past which have been to the financial detriment of many, many former and present shareholders, and that those responsible for such wrongdoing be sanctioned and punished commensurately for such wrongdoing. The fallout from those past misdeeds is likely to outlive any material gain from the claimed present good intentions of SLJB. And remember, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
