What a tangled web we weave and more.

This investigation took an interesting turn that delayed the filing of my report to the SEC. Roger Mohlman is telling would be investors in SIPP and NEW AGE that he is not involved with the resurrected AMWS yet all recent amended SEC filings show otherwise. Roger is also telling would be investors that he has several patents on technology related to the three entities AMWS, NEWAGE, and SIPP yet a search of USPTO records including existing issues and published pending applications reveal no such patents filed by Mohlman, executives of SIPP, or the three entities as assignees. In fact there isn't even a Mohlman in the entire database Puzzling.

My prior reference to selling warrants for 25 to 50 cents for stock trading at $1.45 was in error. It was actually $1.25 and it was SIPP not AMWS.

Roger Mohlman is selling SIPP warrants for as low as 10 cents and up to 50 cents and NEWAGE for 25 cents. His preference is cash, to in his words, "not create a paper trail. Mentions of trust schemes were made to hide the monies. Reading through the quagmire of filings and amended filings was a dizzying experience. For a guy who claims to be worth billions and the prior owner of the GAP Stores chain he runs a less than tight ship.

Now, why is Roger Mohlman selling warrants under the SIPP banner while he is the CEO of AMWS and is Arthur deJoya, President of SIPP aware of the sales especially those tendered in cash without the benefit of a "paper trail"?

Unfortunately my client invested in this bizarre scheme until more was known.

Any information that can clarify the issues outlined above will be gratefully accepted. I want to be as thorough as possible in my report without delaying it for much longer. I have a gut feeling that a lot of good people are being separated from hard earned money.

And to would be thieves...Never use a unique last name like "Mohlman" it's just too easy for background and associative searches. "Smith" would have been a lot tougher!
