Interesting, you're saying the hearing is postponed, where did you get that info?
You think the OSC has enough evidence to charge people in a hearing, but they agreed to do it later? LOL

Are you that naive?
The lawyers for the two sides are in contact frequently.
So they agreed, for expediency and possibly because they were in negotiations on a settlement agreement, to postpone the hearing to a later date.
