I stand by that. However, the wheels of justice turn slowly. (Look how long it took the government to make the case against Ken Lay and Jeff Skilling.) It’s highly unlikely that Gold will be in deep civil doo-doo or wearing an orange jumpsuit in as little as one year, which is why I thought your proposed bet was silly.
