Pretty good post, ed. But, I'm not too sure that anyone could have been so drastically "wrong" so many times in a row. I mean, c'mon, we're obligated to be realistic aren't we?

Saying things such as ALREADY having booked enough $$ to list on the NAZ? C'mon, IMO that is not just an "oops". Step back, look at the picture which was painted for us. Then think about reality and the modest business making those claims.

Sulja is busy ... busy moving out of province.
Or is it providence for them?

Expanding? Closing down a 20 year old operation, supposedly profitable and started by your father ... thats expanding?

Real company? What do they really have anymore? Harrow, their cornerstone is closing. Sams is a little one warehouse drywall shop. A small display store. A trim factory that has never opened. A new operation in Calgary which is 2,000 miles from home and will most likely incur losses for the first year at least.

Truth as they knew it? A completed deal is just that COMPLETED. Done, fini, closed.

Want a truth? The audited financials have been promised many times for the past year and have never been delivered.

The whole "real business" is a red herring. This whole thing is VERY similar to the Zzzz Best fraud, where the carpet cleaning business was rule but the restoration business was a lie. The whole thing was, of course, worth zero, and the same is true of Sulja.

So don't go thinking that the fact that they have a couple lumberyards gives the company value.
